This Multiflora Bharat Honey is collected from the forest regions of Himachal, Punjab, and Jammu, which are abundant in diverse flora such as kadipatta flowers, bansa flowers, starflowers, eucalyptus, furly flowers, and more. We procure this raw honey by directly visiting beekeepers and tribal communities who harvest wild honey.
How Bharat Honey is packed.
The harvested honey is then brought to our facility, where we simply warm it to allow it to pass through a 150-200 micron cloth filter, which removes visible impurities without filtering out the valuable bee pollen. We do not apply any heating or ultrafiltration.
Honey is subjected to laboratory tests before packing.
By using this minimal processing technique, we ensure that our customers receive raw, unaltered honey, retaining its natural enzymes, nutrients, and medicinal properties. The rawness of our honey is clearly evident from its natural aroma, which consumers can experience when they taste it.

How do we know it’s raw honey?
Yes, thanks to laboratory testing, we can now determine whether honey is raw or heavily processed. Look at the laboratory reports for two key indicators: 1) Diastase activity and 2) HMF (Hydroxy Methyl Furfural) content.
- Diastase is a delicate, heat-sensitive enzyme. Activity of enzymes decreases if honey is processed harshly. (the minimum acceptable value for diastase activity is 3 Schade).
- HMF is a byproduct of the breakdown of sugars like levulose. If honey is heated or stored in warm conditions, HMF levels rise (the maximum acceptable value is 80 mg/kg).
- Other evidence includes organoleptic characteristics, such as taste and aroma. Every honey has a distinctive aroma that hints at its nectar source.

To guarantee the authenticity and purity of our honey, we subject Bharat Honey to advanced laboratory tests such as Carbon Isotope Ratio, NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance), and LCHRMS (Liquid Chromatography High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry). Whenever I come across this question, it always surprises me that, even in today’s advanced world, where knowledge is readily accessible, many people still believe that crystallized honey is fake or adulterated. Does Bharat honey have an expiry date?
Honey has an exceptionally large shelf life of thousands of years. Honey found in the Egyptian pyramid was edible even after 3000 long years. Bharat honey does not have an expiry date. We write best before date on our honey label just to comply the food regulations set by authorities.
Does Honey get spoiled?
Honey does not spoil if harvested when fully ripened in the comb, and stored in a sealed container after harvest. However, if honey is harvested before it ripens, it tends to ferment, especially when exposed to humid conditions.
Bharat Honey Darkening
Honey may darken with age. The rate of darkening depends on two factors:
1) The warmer the environment, the faster the darkening process.
2) The more bee pollen or proteins present, the quicker the darkening occurs.
This darkening is caused by the increase of HMF (Hydroxy Methyl Furfural) and the Maillard reaction. However, darkening does not mean the honey has spoiled—it is still safe to eat.

Honey should be stored in dry and cold atmosphere in stainless steel or glass container. The container should be airtight.

Change packaging bottle Suggest you to use wide neck bottle. This bottle not good for low temperature places. Become too much thick in winter. Difficult to use.

Taste just like the original honey. Just go for it After using all other commercial brands like patanjali, Dabur, Zandu etc now I m finally convinced that BHARAT UNANI PHARMACY is the only brand proving original unadulterated honey. As I came from rural background so I have tasted original honey so many times as there were so many honeycombs in our village. We used to get original honey from neighbours and even few times honeycomb is generated on our trees. So my advice to everyone give this at least one try and I m sure you will never opt for any other brand. Authenticity is also justified by d fact they are not giving even single rupee discount as they r so convinced about their genuine product.

Best honey in Indian market?
The best honey in the market. Smells like original, tastes like original raw honey, what our grand parents used to bring from jungle in our childhood days. You will have that strong taste in your upper mouth and in throat while eating. Since it is an AGMARK product certified by govt of India. After a research i did on best honey in Indian market, through different sources, i found it best. Do test it once. You will love it.

Quality at a Price I must say that this honey is better than Dabur, Apis, Patanjali honey brands which are selling like hotcakes. It’s claimed to be Unadulterated pure honey. The seller ( Bharat Honey) is so confident that even 1 rupee discount is not offered. It has an AGMARK ( Agricultural product) Seal of Govt. of India on cap which is a mark of its authenticity. Taste is very similar to natural honey from beehive. However it is having some sort of scent, may be due to its multi floral extract. One star less for the fact that no discount is available, provide some discount at deal times at least. Packaging was fine. No damage caused to the bottle. Try once you will feel the difference. There is always leakage from the side of the cap while using the bottle. NOTE TO THE SELLER: Please change the cap design of this bottle. It leaks through threads of the mouth of bottle.
