15. Delivery Address

16. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been packed, processed or handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the order has already been dispatched, the applicable return conditions will apply after delivery.

17. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

If you receive a damaged product, wrong product or experience another genuine order-related problem, please contact us and we will review the matter.

Bharat Honey stands behind the authenticity of the honey sold under our brand.

Subject to the detailed conditions mentioned in our Refund, Return Policy, Bharat Honey offers a reward of ₹1,00,000 per qualifying bottle where deliberate adulteration is scientifically established through appropriate laboratory testing.

Natural differences in colour, taste, aroma, thickness or crystallisation do not by themselves prove adulteration.

Honey should not be given to babies under 12 months because it may rarely contain spores of Clostridium botulinum.
A baby’s digestive system is still developing and may not safely handle these spores, which can cause infant botulism.
After 12 months of age, this risk becomes very low.
