The eucalyptus flowers have a long flowering season, stretching from December to March, making it one of the longest compared to other flowers. Rich in nectar and characterized by a strong aroma, this distinct fragrance is reflected in the taste of the honey extracted from this region.

There is often a parallel flowering season of rosewood (sheesham) flowers, resulting in a natural blending of nectar. Additionally, mustard flowers have a similarly lengthy flowering season, and when they overlap with eucalyptus, it can create challenges in selling eucalyptus honey.

Honey produced from mustard nectar tends to crystallize easily, and due to prevalent myths about crystallization indicating fake or spoiled honey, it can be difficult to market such honey, especially in India.

3. We select specific areas and times to avoid natural blending with mustard nectar, which prevents crystallization of the honey.
4. Our honey is not heated or processed, preserving its natural and innate quality.
