We follow the below process in making Nusqa-e-Arabia (D):
Ingredients and their handling:
- We use well-matured peeled garlic and extract the juice using a stainless-steel juice extractor. This careful handling gives us the best quality fresh garlic juice, which supposedly has a good Allicin percentage.
- Similarly, we use good quality, fresh Ginger. Ginger has an active ingredient called gingerol. We select the cultivar which has good gingerol content. After thoroughly washing Ginger, We extract the juice using stainless steel extractor.
- We choose full-size good quality lemon. After washing it thoroughly, we extract the juice without crushing the seeds and lemon peel.
- Apple cider vinegar is also a critical ingredient in this formulation (Most of the cheap vinegar available in the market are artificial with added acetic acid in it). We use 100% natural fruit vinegar to have maximum benefits out of it. Similarly, we use the best quality vinegar made from apple juice.
The hygienic boiling process:
We boil All these fresh juices in a stainless steel reactor with an agitator to prevent the charring of ingredients.
In addition, with controlled heating and stirring, the juices are concentrated to the desired level. Then it is sieved using stainless steel sieve.
Likewise, we allow it to cool down for a few hours. When it attains room temperature, we add Raw Jamun honey to double the quantity. Furthermore, we again stir it to make a uniform blend Before packing it for consumers.

First of all I am very thank full to Bharat Unani and to Dr. Najeedbuddin specially for the medicine Nusqa e arabia. My age is 50 now and from last 30 years I had high cholesterol and never it was under control with diet and exercise. I tried a lot by diet control and by regular exercise but still the cholesterol was not under control at all due to heredity . Just by taking this medicine for 20 days my cholesterol is under control which was never before in my life. Even the Doctor who has seen my total lipid profile lab result was surprise and was asking me to share about this medicine.
